From wall dimensions to a signed, paid proposal.
Enter a size, a pitch and an install type. LED Estimate builds the bill of materials, renders the wall in 3D and AR, sends a branded proposal, collects the signature and takes the deposit. Then it follows up for you.

Three steps between the site visit and the deposit
Everything a wall sale needs, in the order it actually happens. No spreadsheets, no re-typing numbers into a proposal template.
- 01
Configure the wall
Type the width and height in feet or metres, pick a pixel pitch and an install method. Resolution, cabinet grid, power and recommended viewing distance calculate instantly, and every number stays editable.
- 02
Send the proposal
A branded link and PDF with diagram sheets, a 3D wall your client can spin, and an AR view they can open on their phone. You see every open, and where they are in the flow.
- 03
Close and collect
The client accepts, signs and pays the deposit by card or ACH on the same page. The pipeline moves, QuickBooks gets an invoice, and the next milestone is already scheduled.
One workspace for quoting, selling and following up
Built around how LED walls are actually sold: a technical configuration first, a client-facing proposal second, and a lot of chasing in between.
Wall configurator
Width, height and aspect ratio in feet or metres. Choose a pitch and the resolution, cabinet count and viewing distance follow. Override any value when the site demands it.
Automatic bill of materials
Cabinets, mounting structures, install kits, processors and cabling are added from quantity formulas you control. Itemise or collapse each kit per proposal.
3D and AR preview
Every estimate renders as an interactive 3D wall with your logo on it. Clients open it in AR on iPhone or Android and see it at scale on their own wall.
Proposals that report back
Branded link and PDF with diagram sheets, address blocks and terms. Know the moment it is viewed, accepted or declined, and why.
E-signature documents
Contracts and sign-off sheets with fillable fields and drawn signatures. Templates keep every rep on the same paper.
Deposits and milestones
Card and ACH through Stripe Connect, settling into your account. Define the accept, deposit and final-payment flow once, reuse it on every estimate.
Pipeline and customers
A board of every deal by stage, and a customer timeline with emails, texts, notes, proposals and payments in one feed.
Automations
Trigger, conditions, steps and waits. Nudge a proposal that was not opened in three days, stop the moment it is accepted, cap messages per client.
Embeddable estimator
Put a quoting widget on your own website. Visitors configure a wall and land in your pipeline as a lead with the estimate already attached.
Marketplace
Link manufacturer products into your catalog. Prices and stock stay live, under your branding or theirs, and estimates snapshot the price at quote time.
Team and visibility
Invite reps and admins. Decide who sees whose estimates, and keep an audit log of every price change and status move.
Locked when it matters
Accepted estimates lock automatically. Nobody edits a price the client already signed off on unless an admin reopens it.
A quote your installers trust
The configurator thinks in cabinets, not line items. It knows the panel sizes, the pitches, the install methods and the formulas that turn a wall into a parts list.
- Pixel pitch drives resolution automatically. Price one pitch and the others derive from it.
- Six install methods, from wall frame to touring rig, each with its own structures and kits.
- Use-case presets for home theatre, corporate, worship, retail and outdoor with recommended viewing distance.
- Quantity formulas with pixel, cabinet and area variables for anything non-standard.
- Hand-adjusted prices survive regeneration. Custom lines are never overwritten.

A proposal your client can say yes to
The client gets one link. On it they can spin the wall in 3D, place it in their room with AR, read the terms, sign, and pay the deposit. You get a timeline of every step.
- Branded proposal page and PDF, with the diagram sheets you choose to include.
- Accept, sign and pay flow defined per workspace: deposit percentage, milestones, final balance.
- Card and US bank transfer through Stripe, settled to your own account.
- Social preview cards so the link looks right in email, iMessage and Slack.
- Decline reasons captured, so you learn why a deal did not close.
Follow-ups that run while you are on a ladder
Sequences follow each estimate through its life. A trigger, optional conditions, steps with waits, and a goal that stops the run the moment the client acts.
- Triggers for sent, viewed, accepted, declined, payment received, and “not viewed within N days”.
- Steps send email or SMS, add a note, or create a task for the rep.
- Safety built in: once per estimate, weekly message caps per client, quiet hours, one-click unsubscribe.
- Dry-run any sequence against a real estimate with zero side effects.
- Every run shows up on the estimate’s activity feed, so nothing happens behind your back.

Questions installers ask before they switch
Who is LED Estimate for?
Installers, AV integrators and dealers who quote LED video walls, and the manufacturers and distributors who supply them. One account can do both.
Does it cost anything to start?
Creating a workspace is free and does not need a credit card. You can build estimates and send proposals right away.
Can I use my own products and pricing?
Yes. Add your own catalog with variants, price tiers and quantity formulas, or link products from manufacturers on the marketplace. Prices snapshot into each estimate the moment you quote.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Proposals, 3D and AR previews, signatures and payments all happen on public links you send. Nothing to install on their side.
How do payments work?
Connect your Stripe account once. Clients pay deposits and milestones by card or US bank transfer, and the money settles into your Stripe balance, not ours.
Can I send from my own email address?
Connect Gmail and proposals go out from your inbox as a personal note from the rep. Replies thread back into the customer timeline. Without Gmail, emails send from a verified LED Estimate address.
What about my existing CRM and accounting?
QuickBooks Online invoicing and GoHighLevel contact sync are built in. Everything else can hang off the embeddable estimator, which drops leads straight into your pipeline.
