Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information LEDEstimate (the “Service”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the businesses that use the Service and to their team members and clients.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, company details and password (stored hashed).
• Business data you enter: customers and contacts, estimates, proposals, products, prices, files and notes.
• Client interactions: when your clients view, accept or sign a proposal, we record those events, their name, and the signature they provide.
• Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to operate and secure the Service.
• Data from integrations you connect, described below.

Integrations

Integrations are optional and only run after an admin or user of your account connects them.

• QuickBooks Online (Intuit): we access your company’s customers, items, accounts, tax settings and invoices so we can create and update invoices for your accepted estimates. We store the QuickBooks company ID, encrypted access tokens, and the IDs of invoices and items we create or match. We do not sell QuickBooks data or use it for any purpose other than this sync.
• Gmail (Google): we send email you compose in the Service from your mailbox and import messages exchanged with your customers so they appear on the customer timeline. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Stripe: payments from your clients are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• GoHighLevel: contacts and pipeline updates are synced if you connect it.

You can disconnect any integration in Settings. Disconnecting revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
• To send the emails, proposals and notifications you request.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
• To contact you about your account and important changes.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use your business or integration data for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that host and run the Service (for example hosting, database, email delivery and payment processors), under contracts that limit their use to providing services to us; with the third-party services you choose to connect; and when required by law.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Integration tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to people who need it to operate the Service.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time; after account closure we delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, or object to its processing. Contact us to make a request. If you are a client of a business that uses the Service, that business controls your data; we will help them respond to your request.

Changes

We will post updates here and change the date above. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
